Hats Off to Black Chamber of Commerce

The Democrats in Congress hail the endorsement of the NAACP for supporting the proposed energy tax legislation.  However, the Black Chamber of Commerce has a different opinion. Arrogance and condescension by a Democratic Senator is openly on display!
