Leslie Jander is a seasoned professional with a career spanning corporate giants like IBM and Pfizer to impactful local nonprofits such as Meals on Wheels and the Dr. Piper Center. Known for her organizational expertise and commitment to service, Leslie brings order to complexity and supports teams in achieving their goals.

Previously served as Elected Secretary of the Lee County Republican Executive Committee from 2022–2024. Leslie is deeply familiar with the demands of the role. She’s completed five courses in Robert’s Rules of Order and will sit for the National Association of Parliamentarians exam this fall.
