Paying by check?
Checks should be payable to Lee County Republican Executive Committee Inc. Checks may be dropped off at the LeeGOP office, 12995 S Cleveland Ave #239, Fort Myers, FL 33907. A reservation is not complete until payment has been received and recorded. Contact Dave McGehe at 941-526-9543.
Incidentals
Bring a credit or debit card for beverages and other incidentals. Hunters Ridge does not accept cash or checks for incidentals.
Registration closes September 14 at noon.
Registration may close earlier if either flight sells out. Hole sponsors should submit their wording—or arrange delivery of their own sign—by the same deadline.
Does golfer registration include lunch?
Yes. Every golfer registration includes the buffet luncheon.
Can individuals or twosomes register?
Yes. Individual golfers and twosomes may be paired to create balanced teams.
Can I sponsor without golfing?
Yes. Sponsorships are available to individual and business supporters.
What information should I have ready?
Golfers should have their preferred flight, player or team names, and established handicaps if known. Sponsors should have their sponsor name, contact details, requested sign wording, and whether they will provide their own sign by September 14.
What happens if weather affects the tournament?
The weather, course-closure, rescheduling, and refund terms are still being finalized. If conditions affect play, registered participants will be contacted using the information provided at registration, and final instructions will be posted here. No rain date or refund outcome is guaranteed until the policy is published.
